Common questions
Do you work directly with builders and designers?
Yes. We work from CAD or hand drawings, hold pricing for approved scope, and schedule to your construction sequence.
Can you fabricate a one-off piece?
That's most of this work — single railings, one door, one pergola. We quote per piece rather than per foot.
What finishes hold up in Texas weather?
For exterior pieces we recommend hot-dip galvanizing under an architectural powder coat. Interior work is typically blackened steel with a clear coat or wax.
How long is the lead time?
Two to six weeks from approved drawings for most pieces, depending on glass, hardware and finish availability.
