Common questions
Swing gate or slide gate?
Swing gates cost less but need clear space and near-level ground behind the opening. If your driveway slopes up or is short, a slide or cantilever gate is the right call.
What happens in a power outage?
Every opener we install includes battery backup that holds dozens of cycles, plus a manual release so you're never boxed in.
Can you repair or automate an existing gate?
Yes. We retrofit openers onto sound existing gates and repair failed operators, hinges, sagging leaves and wiring.
Do you handle electrical?
We trench and run low-voltage and conduit. If a new dedicated circuit is needed at the panel, a licensed electrician handles that portion and it's itemized in the bid.
