Common questions
Do you work as a subcontractor for builders?
Yes — that is a large share of our work. We hold general liability and workers' comp, send COIs to your PM, and invoice per lot or per draw.
Can you hold a schedule?
We fabricate in shop and install on a set date, so fence work does not float. Give us the closeout date and we back-schedule the install.
What about lots that aren't graded yet?
We set the line after final grade to avoid posts sitting high or buried. If you need security before grading, we install a temporary perimeter and reuse the panels on the next lot.
Do you price whole subdivisions?
Yes. Send the plat and fence detail and we return per-lot pricing with a schedule for the number of lots per week we can deliver.
