How long does an estate perimeter take?
Most estate projects run four to ten weeks from approved drawings, depending on linear footage, column work and gate automation.
Do you work with our HOA or architectural review board?
We prepare elevations, finish specs and material data sheets for submittal, and revise the design if the board asks for changes.
